Barb Frederick moved to Los Angeles after attending the University of Florida. She began her career in entertainment on the critically acclaimed "Eco- Challenge" (a Mark Burnett Production). Next she moved on to "Survivor" (for 7 seasons) and gained a lifetimes worth of experience dealing with production on an international level. During her run at Survivor Barb took an interest in talent and started working in casting. From there she progressed to casting coordinator for shows on NBC, ABC, CBS, and FOX. In addition Barb does PR for major motion pictures. In 2006 she was brought on at The Core, which is a perfect fit for her production, casting, and talent experience.
