Daniel Paul brings his past thirteen years of production, development and managerial skills to The Core. Paul comes to The Core from Laurel Hill Entertainment, where his company was dedicated to cultivating talent and developing mainstream programming for all areas.  During his tenure at Laurel Hill Entertainment, Paul worked in music, animation, television, film and new media markets. Continuing with his love for a challenge, Paul worked as a consultant to Klasky Csupo Inc., through a managerial change only to become their Senior Vice President.

Mr. Paul’s tenure in the industry includes managing Power Entertainment’s production deal with 20th Century Fox television and then his own first look deal. In addition to this experience, Paul fostered an innovative approach to discovering young talent and new show ideas by branding Area 51 and then creating “20th Century Fox at the Coronet” a theatre venue. Here he produced and showcased one man shows, sketch’s and half hour sitcom formats.Earlier in his career, Paul worked for Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment, where he scouted and developed talent, in addition to identifying unique business opportunities.  

Mr. Paul couples his industry experience with a background in business management. At the Strategic Management Group, he focused on creating a more efficient and marketable training tool for business executives, on an international scale, by utilizing the internet in lieu of live corporate training events.

Earlier Paul worked in the Comedy Department of Fox Broadcasting Company. He began his career, working in all aspects of production from talk shows to live events.
He graduated from Temple University with a Bachelors degree in Communications. He resides in Studio City, California with his wife and their two children.
